Craftsmanship and tradition
I can still remember the smell of the sweets my grandmother used to make when I was a little girl and I looked at her with admiration. At that time, I could never imagine that two generations later I would follow her advice when it comes to pampering food, an essential part in the craftsmanship of her cookies that you can later taste that delicate touch of their elaboration.
2. Commitment and health
In our journey of traditional bakery we were finding a forgotten sector of products for people intolerant to eggs, milk, wheat, etc... Which prompted us to position ourselves with people who, in some way, were discriminated against when it came to eating a HEALTHY AND HEALTHY sweet. Our beginning in 2006 was a decisive step, we embarked on an adventure full of great experiences shared with our customers. Seeing their faces of satisfaction enlightened us the way to continue with our project.
3. Recognition and motivation
We presented the product in Germany, such was our surprise that we were awarded the gold medal for excellent quality. I remember that moment as a breath of fresh air to our dreams, our reality was materializing. At the moment we have received several awards, one of them is the first prize for the HEALTHY AND SUSTAINABLE company.
