2. Commitment and health
In our journey within the traditional bakery, we discovered a forgotten sector: products for people with intolerances to eggs, milk or wheat, among others. This prompted us to position ourselves alongside those who, in some way, saw their options limited when it came to enjoying a healthy and quality sweet.
Our beginning in 2006 marked a turning point. We embarked on an adventure full of learning and great experiences shared with our clients. Seeing their satisfied faces illuminated our path and reaffirmed our commitment to this project.
Today we are a company specialized in the exclusive manufacture of gluten-free cookies, made with practically no allergens.
3. Recognition and motivation
We presented our product in Germany and, to our surprise, we were recognized with the gold medal for excellence in quality. I remember that moment as a breath of fresh air for our dreams: they were beginning to come true.
Over the years, we have received several awards, including the first prize for healthy and sustainable business.
