And all this, in addition, from healthy products and with<br \/>\nsuch as oats, quinoa, spelt, spelt, turmeric, etc.<br \/>\nor ginger, among others.<br \/>\nBiodarma was launched 17 years ago by Emilia Garcia and pastry chef Jos\u00e9<br \/>\nLuis Vald\u00e9s, based on a solid family tradition in the world of the<br \/>\npastries. As the manager explains, \"I can still remember the smell of the sweets that<br \/>\nmy grandmother did when I was a little girl and I looked at her with admiration. At that time,<br \/>\nI could never have imagined that two generations later I would be following his advice when it comes to<br \/>\nin this business, in which the pampering of raw materials and the care and attention to detail<br \/>\nWe consider elaboration to be a fundamental element\".<br \/>\nThe focus, from the beginning, has been on the production of totally healthy cookies.<br \/>\n\"We came from a bakery,\" he recalls, \"and even back then we saw that a lot of<br \/>\nchildren could not consume sweets as usual because they had problems with allergies.<br \/>\nfood products. So we decided, with the start-up of the company, to elaborate<br \/>\nvegan and organic products, avoiding the use of eggs, milk or wheat in the production process.<br \/>\nmost of the recipes. And like that,<br \/>\nWe have received numerous mailings, which confirms that we are on the right track.<br \/>\nBecause the head of the firm clarifies that its cookies are not only for vegans,<br \/>\n\"but also,\" he emphasizes, \"for all those consumers who value the products they buy.<br \/>\nenvironmentally friendly or who simply want to eat well\".<br \/>\nBiodarma has a catalog consisting of 25 references, most of which are very<br \/>\nand made from high quality ingredients and with a renowned reputation of quality.<br \/>\nprestige in terms of health-promoting properties. In his own words,<br \/>\n\"We were the first to bring to the market cookies made with olive oil, and since then we've<br \/>\nWe have been introducing a long list of healthy products since then\".<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">This is the case of oats, quinoa, spelt, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, cinnamon, or<br \/>\nlemon. At this moment,\" he explains, \"we are<br \/>\n20% of our production for export, and thanks to our cookies and<br \/>\ncertified as vegan, we are present in countries such as Kuwait, Saudi Arabia or<br \/>\nDubai, where they are highly appreciated. We also have a significant percentage of sales<br \/>\nin France, Germany or Mexico, to give a few examples\". Biodarma's products<br \/>\ncan be found in specialized nutrition stores, supermarkets, in channels such as the<br \/>\nhoreca, and in the Carrefour chain.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">All this trajectory has not gone unnoticed, since the company has obtained<br \/>\ndifferent recognitions in recent years, which have now been marked with the<br \/>\nEuropean Technology and Innovation Prize awarded by the European Technology and Innovation Association<br \/>\nIndustry, Technology and Innovation (AEITI).<br \/>\nVald\u00e9s explains that, \"we are very proud that the quality of our products and services is<br \/>\nproducts is recognized in this way.
